how to explorer news with outlook

I used to explorer news(news.microsoft.com) with outlook express.I want to
know how to explorer news with Microsoft Outlook 2003.
 
Easy.
Don't change a thing.
Use Outlook Express.
Outlook is not a news reader and hopefully never will be.
