How to Execute an outlook Macro outside of Outlook

Hello
Is it possible to execute an Outlook macro from outside of Outlook?
How would I go about doing this?

No it is not possible, sorry. You can execute macros from within COM Add-Ins, though. However, the macros have to be already assigned to custom toolbar buttons.
