How to eradicate Hijacker Home/Searchpage,Rouge Activex,Drive by Download,Adpower

I can block these by AOL Spyware:
Homepage Hijacker,Searchpage Hijacker,Rouge Activex,Drive by Download
But how can I get rid-off them completely from my computer.
