How to ENABLE the Wallpaper on a W2K3 TS

W2K3 Terminal Services

Does anyone know how to ENABLE the display of desktop wallpaper for a W2K3
TS ? For W2K there was a checkbox in the configuration of RDP settings.

I would like to know how to enable the wallpaper WITHOUT using a GPO or a
local GPO. I would like to know how to do it by using the registry.

any help would be appreciated.
