How to enable the mouse right click pop up menu in XPE?

Hello, I want to enable the mouse right click pop up menu in XPE, but don't
know how to do it. any idea about this? which component is involved? Thanks.

Under "Settings" in the "User Interface Core" component, check "Show context
menu on Shell folders" and/or "Show context menu on Task bar".
