How do I enable the INSERT key for general use in Vista Business?

Press it once to toggle it "On," or once to toggle it "Off," depending
upon its current state. If you're having problems with the <Insert> key
within a specific application, consult the manufacturer of that application.

Thank you for your response.

For some reason it does not work for a couple of older programs.

And when we tested with office 2007 it did not work. (New defaults, don't ya
know.)

All better now.

(Still, for some of the (microsoft) mice we can not change the wheel button
action.)
