How to enable task manager

Some how my task manager was disabled by the admin and need to know how to
enable . the admin also disabled teak ui and regedit
p.s work fine in safety mode

Was it actually disabled by your system administrator? If that's the
case ask them about it. If it's giving you this message out of the
nowhere and was not set by the administrator, then this could indicate a
virus infection.

Run a thorough virus scan in safe mode using a current AV program with
up to date definitions.
