how to enable macro

i record macro. when i open it the macro is not working.
it mentioned that i should enable my macro but before i
open the file there is no prompt "enable macro and disable
macro" that we usually see once a file has a macro on it.

please help.

Looks like you have your security set to HIGH.
TOOLS / MACRO / SECURITY / MEDIUM
