How to embed a wav file to a Power Point file and keep its size..

I have received by e-mail a lot of Power Point files with a beautiful
formating of pictures and a background sound, and in a size of only a few KB.
All the time that I've tried to create one with the same elements: picture,
sound ,skamm size, I have the same problems:
- if I add a mp3 file using the option, Insert Movie& Sound, when I send it
by e-mail, the recipeint just see the slide show with no sound.
- if I add a wav file, it comes to turn on a huge file with some Mb of size.
What is the trick ? It is just bothering me, because everybody does it, and
it seems to have an easy solution that I can't find by myself !!!
Thanks, Denisa

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to PowerPoint.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
