The safest way is to Zip it up with WinZip and mail as an attachment. Be
sure to include any sound or video files that are used in the presentation.

Sonia, I too want to know how to email. What form does
the file need to be in (ppt, html) I tried sending it
with out zipping it (I didn't know until your help today)
and the entire file was sent, not just the presentation.
Is there a direct route in PowerPoint to use
WinZip...would you mind posting some steps. Thanks for
your time and energy, Susan

You don't have to zip it, and if you aren't familiar with WinZip and don't
have it installed, then just send the .PPT presentation file as an
attachment to your email note. The person you are sending to must have
PowerPoint or the Viewer installed on their system. You can tell them to
find the Viewer at http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/Ppview97.aspx
