How to email one sheet of an Exel 2007 workbook

In office 2003 I used to be able to email only one sheet of a multi sheet
workbook as the body of an email. I would like to do that in Office 2007.
Can anyone help?

If you have no better option yet, try
1) save the file as (say) email_sheet_2.xls
2) delete all the other sheets
3) email the file (now with one sheet).

If there are links on the sheet from other sheets, just copy it and paste
special/valuesinto a new sheet.
