Use the "Bcc" field instead of "To" or "Cc"

Use the BCC facility. Create a group called anything but Undisclosed-list or
undisclosed-recipients eg, golf-club-members (the former two are often listed
in spam software and not accepted for delivery). Download a copy of my short

I have been advised by our email server company that the reason all of my
broadcast emails have been returned is because I am using BCC feature. So
how do I do this?

Use a mail merge instead. Select the contact in your Contacts folder and
choose Tools-> Mail Merge...
