I am the only user of my computer and I don't have a password.

Nevertheless, everytime I start the PC I am prompted to log on, to which I
don't enter anything and just hit enter.

Is there a way of eliminating this nagging screen altogether?

Thanks,
W.

Start - Run the line
control userpasswords2

Uncheck 'Users must give a username. . .' and Apply; there enter the
username (and password if any) to be assumed
