How to eliminate blank screens during power point slide shows

When I play my slide show I am getting blank screens that should not be there.

Are you using PowerPoint 2003 and show slides, that were created in earlier
versions? Then you should install the latest update to Office 2003: Service
Pack 2, which you can get automatically by clicking on Help - Check for
Updates (you need to be connected to the Internet).

If you don't give us more information, you leave us guessing. Does your
presentation have any animations or animation schemes? Or any films?
Please tell us more about your presentation and its contents.
