How to edit which drivers loaded at startup?

How do I edit the devices loaded up in XP so as NOT to load this device?

Try Autoruns from the MS Windows SysInternals site:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/ProcessesAndThreads/Autoruns.mspx
This will show all apps/drivers/etc. that load/run when you first boot and
selectively allow you to stop any that you don't want.
Click on the 'Drivers' tab and uncheck the driver you don't want to load.
You can always add it back by adding a check mark for the driver. As always
use care when stopping a driver from loading!!!

Note: To get additional details on an item in the list you may need to
highlight the item (right click) and use the 'Search Online' option to get
the details, especially useful for the more obscure items in the list.
