I am trying to to edit the above with Frontpage 2003, but i can not find the location where company web pages are stored

I'd suggest asking the employee who is/was in charge of the site.

(It seems to me if the company wanted the site changed, they'd gladly tell
him where to find the files. If I'm wrong, forgive me for being
pessimistic.)

If it's a custom web template it may be in a folder by that name
C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\Webs
If it is a WSS template (.fwp) you have to open a WSS site and apply the template to edit it

Not familiar w/ SBS 2003 installation and defaults
- I suspect it is a WSS (sharepoint) template
Have you asking in a SBS 2003 newsgroup or WSS one such as
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.sharepoint.teamservices
(Usability)
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.sharepoint.teamservices.caml
(Custom Development)
