How do you duplicate a floppy diskette using WinXP?

I can't see anything in the drop down menus for the A drive. The
help text doesn't say anything about this.

If I go to DOS and use "COPY A: B:" then it doesn't seem to recognise

The drop down I see, on a right click in My Computer, includes 'Copy
Disk'?
