How to download Windows 2000 SP4 as a file?

Hi!
I'm using a dial up to download SP4 but the line always got cut off half way
through...so i hope there is a way to download the SP4 as a file, using my
friends PC (using Windows XP Pro) then install it in my PC...

how to do that?
