how to download a new office assistant without the original disc?

I do not have the disc as my employers set up my pc before I received it. In
the past I have gone onto the Microsoft website and downloaded updates, but I
am struggling to find a new office asistant and not sure how to proceed. I
do have office assistants and find them useful, but want a cat or similar one
to cheer up my working day.
I have windows XP. Can anyone help me proceed?
