Have job spreadsheet that I design for my jobs. On the
first spreadsheet,Invoice sheet, I have my invoice for
the job which its like:
A1=Invoice amount B1=$3000
A2=Supplies B2=$1000
A3=Emp wages B3=$1500
A4=Job Profit B4=$500

A6=Employee Hrs
A7=Name B7=Joe Doe
A8=Rate B8=$10.00
A9=Hours B9= 34
A10=Pay B10=$340.00

So on,
Now on my Invoice sheet I use this to do my amounts for
the invoice for the job. I over write for each jobs and
print the invoice for that job and stuff. What I am trying
to is design a second spreadsheet for the total amount of
the jobs that was done for that month, or year. To keep up
with the accounts. Any help how to do the second
spreadsheet for the total of the jobs that was done?

(Hi Paul).

I just spent 10 minutes playing around with this only to discover that Paul
did likewise ½ a dozen hours ago.

Can you not see it or what?

Hi Curtis!

You'll find the earlier responses at:

If using Outlook and having trouble seeing replies to your posts,
you'll find the Ctrl + H is a very useful toggle between seeing all
posts and just seeing those that you are involved with.

If your post is still not shown, then make sure that you connect to
these groups through the msnews.microsoft.com The microsoft servers
are pretty fast at updating postings (usually within 5 minutes on a
bad day) whereas connections through ISP news servers can lead to
delays of quite a few hours. For details of doing this see:

David McRitchie:

Also you might find searching on Google is pretty good. Try using the
Ron de Bruin free Google Search 5.0 Addin and if you search under your
name you will find that it brings up posting within 2 or three hours
and often a lot quicker. Google Search 5.0 plus a user guide is
available from:
