how to display reviewers name when mouse is over updated text?

When I view a Word document, with track-changes on, I don't see the reviewers
name when my mouse is placed over their updated text ballon or comment. How
can I fix this?
 
YOU can't fix it. The reviewers need to. The reviewers need to go to Tools
- Options - User Information to enter their name and initials. Then when
they review another document in the future, their name will show up. Right
now, your reviewers' computers are set to show nothing for the name and
initials, and the change tracking is dutifully showing you nothing.
