How to display non-english chars in textbox?

Kimi,

First check (completely) your language settings in your OS. I have in past
been a long time searching, until I remembered me that I had tested with
some Polish language settings. That was the reason that I got the same as
you.

Be aware that there are code tables. By instance west European languages are
in 1252, I am almost sure that Turkish is not in that.
