How to display leading sign (+/-) Access number fields?

I want to display a leading sign for a number field (calculated) in Access.
Preferably in a form, but can deal with a query.

in a form, set the Format property of the calculated control to

+0;-0

see the "Format Property - Number and Currency Data Types" topic in Access
Help.
