How to display as normal when workbook has been protected

my workbook has been protected. but when I re-open this protected workbook
file only 1/2 page display
 
When you go to Tools>Protection>Protect Workbook you are offered two options
to protect.

Structure and Windows.

Uncheck Windows then re-save.
