How to Display a Chart on a Form?

I can't seem to get my charts to stick to a Form that I created with a Pivot
Table. I can view the chart just fine, but I have to build it each time I
open the From. When I close the Form, and then reopen the Form, all I see is
the pivot table data. I wanted to be able to just display the chart as soon
as the Form opens. There must be a way to do this? Do I need a few lines of
VBA to achieve this objective?

I just realized that I accidentally posed this in the reports area; meant to
post in the Forms section. I'm re-posting there.
