How to disable the 10 simultaneousremote user access in Windows XP

Can't tell unless you take the time to post sufficient details.
 
Turn off the PC, that will disable the 10 remote users simultaneously .
On the other hand if you mean that you need a server operating system,
well, you need to buy one.
