how to DISABLE screensaver in fullscreen video

Hello!

I have this Problem since several month but I don't know, when, why or how
it occurred.
Usually the screensaver is deactivated, while a video is displayed in
fullscreen mode. On my computer the screensaver is activated, even if i play
videos in fullscreen mode.

I searched the internet and the microsoft knowledgebase but i found no
sollution how to switch it back to normal.

this happends in every video player i tried.

when using the mocrosft media player, after the screensaver timeout the
video is switched from fullscreen to windowed mode.
In the other players (bsplayer, vlc, etc) the screensaver switches on.

i checked the following things:

- it does not depend on the codec used, it happends with mpg, divx, xvid,
avi, wmv etc.
- the hardware accelleration settings are all set to "default"

It's up to the program, nothing to do with windows. Media Player has an option to block screensavers in it's options.
