how to disable IP-routing on w2k Pro?

ipconfig on my w2k Pro returns IP-routing enabled, dispite in Andmin
Tools -->Services -->Routing and remote access I have it disabled.

How can I really disable it?

If you meran the one sitting in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-->System-->CurrentControlSet-->Services-->TCPIP--->Parame
ters
then it is set to 0 which I take as it is not enabled.

For some reasons I also have this key in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-->System-->ControlSet001-->Services-->TCPIP--->Parameters
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-->System-->ControlSet004-->Services-->TCPIP--->Parameters

all set to 0

What do you make of this?
