How to Disable Confirmation Window when open Application from PPT presentation?

Hello Group,

I linked a buttom to an external Windows Application and each time I
click on the buttons, a window pops up which warns me a potential
virus and harmfull stuff and asks me if I really want to run the
application... How can I get rid of this confirmation step...

Depends on how you linked it. If you used "Hyperlink to", "Other file" you
can't get rid of it. Depending on what it is you might be able to get rid
of it using the "Run program" option under Action Settings. For example if
you are opening a word document, click the "Browse" button by the "Run
Program" option, click the "Files type" dropdown and select "All Files".
Find your file and select it. See if that works for you.
