how to develop a table to count in base numbers

is still not clear to me what your question really is. Can you describe what
you are trying to achieve?

I need to generate a table of base numbers-decimal, octal, hex using excel
2002 starting from 0 to 255. I'm new to excel and don't know how to get
started in using convert functions. Does this help?
