How to determine total file size per User?

Our Domain controller is also used as a file server. We
are running out of space and I would like to know how to
determine the size per user of the directory file tree.
Is there a way? I would like to find out, in a list, who
are the users who are storing most of the information and
how much of it in the server.

There's a cool little tool called diruse. It looks like it came from the
support.cab file as part of the ValueAdded support tools on the Windows CD.

This may not help... but we also have a DU command that came from our Unix
Services installation (the du obviously works just like du in Unix).
