How to deploy patches to network

Hi, me again. Just wondering how some people deployed
patches using Group Policy. Is the best way to deploy
patches SMS? Please also direct me to any articles on
deploying patches using Group Policy.

maybe the info in this article is out of date.

If you have money to spend then SMS with the SUS feature pack looks like a
really good option.
