how to "delivery receipt" notice to sender after rejecting?

I accidentally picked the "no" button on the delivery receipt question when I
opened an email recently and want to see if I can have the delivery receipt
sent afterall.

No, you can't. You only get prompted once. Send a normal message instead.

What about replying to the e-mail saying "I have received your e-mail"
