how to Delete Uninstalled entries from Uninstall orchange program

I had a problem in deleting an entry ( In uninstall or change a program )
....... I accidently deleted a program without uninstalling it after which
this problem arised........


Please suggest me to recover from this problem

Reinstall the program, and then uninstall it cleanly using Programs and Features Control Panel item.

Reinstall it, then uninstall it properly.
