How to delete page/s

I have a 50 page Word 2007 document with a common header and footer. What I
want to do is delete various pages throughout the report. I tried to view it
with Thumbnails and click on the Thumbnail pages I want to delete but that
doesn’t work. Is there a simple solution to get rid of these pages?

Word doesn't really know about "pages." You'll have to select the text
(etc.) that you want to delete, from beginning point to end point, and
delete it.
