My ISP has a spam filter but it doesn't catch everything. Every day I
receive about 10 spams. It's a pain to send each individual one to the Junk
Email list.

Is there a way to select all of the spams and send them all to the Junk
Email list together?

Thanks

Chuck

Do you mean put the sender addresses on the Blocked Senders list all at
once? No. Do you mean move the messages to the Junk E-mail folder all at
once? Sure.

I meant put all of the sender addresses on the Blocked Senders List all at
once. You said 'no'.

Is there a macro that will accomplish it?

Not that I know of. This feature is an often requested one (add multiple
senders to the blocked senders list at the same time) and it may or may not
make it into the release of Office 12, due next year.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
