How to delete me after upgrade to xp?

I upgraded my computer to xp and now it is running so
slow. I don't think me was deleted at all. Can anyone
help me on how to get rid of the me?
 
When you upgrade an OS (Operating System) it
automatically overwrites the previous OS. Unless it is
installed to another drive...so your problem is not with
ME not being deleted, it isn't there anymore so you don't
have to worry about that.
