how to delete games from 2000

I delete sol.exe from c\winnt\system 32 folder and it go's.
2-3 seconds later it re-installs itself, any ideas how and
why?

You are not supposed to remove programs that way. You should go to the
control panel, Add/Remove Programs, and select add or remove Windows
components.
