How To Defragment The MFT?

Finally, it's good to hear from an MVP on this issue.

Is it really safe to use with XP?

I have been using PerfectDisk for several years and its great.
With PerfectDisk, you can perform an "offline" defrag which
defrags your hard drive before launching Windows XP, thus
a more thorough job.
