How to define highlighted time frame in Calendar?

I'm trying to create a simple macro for appointment creation (some kind of predefined appointment templates). Appointment's creation and manipulation is simple, but I haven't found a way to define, which lines were highlighted in Calendar. I.e. when selection is like on image below, script should use 15:30-16:30 as start-end time for created appointment.
