How to define a rule for empty senders in Outlook 2003

Hi

I am using Outlook 2003 with spam filter enabled. Unfortunately the spam
filter doesn't block emails that have an empty sender field.

I have tried to define a rule, but i can't find how to do this.

I would like something like:
if sender field does not contain @ then
delete the message

I didn't find a negation rule in Outlook 2003 (not in).

I would appreciate any help.
