How to customize week view to 10 days

Hello,

My PC runs under WinXP Home with Office 2003. It has a wide screen
(WXGA 16/10).

I like the "work week" view of the Outlook calendar as I usually plan
my time over the whole week.

I was wondering how to customize the week view so that it
automatically shows not 5 days but 10 days, that is, having a 3-day
overlap with the following week. ("automatically" means for me that I
do not have to press ALT or CTRL to adapt the view each time).

When I open it, my calendar would always display ten day-columns:

Mon(c) Tue(c) Wed(c) Thu(c) Fri(c) Sat(c) Sun(c) Mon(n) Tue(n) Wed(n)

(c): current week
(n): next week

Examples:
- on Wednesday, the calendar would display the previous 2 days, the
current Wednesday, and the following 7 days.
- on Sunday, the calendar would display the previous 6 days, the
current Sunday, and the following 3 days.
- on Monday, the calendar would display the current Monday and the
following 9 days.

Thanks for your hints.
Jean

By holding the CTRL you can select more days (they don't even have to follow
eachother). These will stick untill you click another date and Outlook will
return to the One Day view.

Thanks a lot for this useful hint.

However, what I am really looking for is a way to set the calendar
view to ten days always starting on a Monday.

Any idea how to do that? (maybe using an add-on, a patch or a
complemetary software)

Hello Raody,

Your hint with CTRL+<select day> turned out to be very useful.
Sorry for my previous remark.
Thanks again.
