How to create Query in Access that will cull out records that are.

I am tryign to cull out certain records that are from a number of
fields....for example, if a person is a CEO, OR a consultant, OR on my A
List.....trying to get a listing of a number of people with with different
kinds criteria...without them all fitting ALL of the criteria...they can be
from either/or of the selected fields
 
placing criteria on separate rows in the CRITERIA section creates an "OR"
condition.
