How to create pdf from xml in .NET

Hi Doc Gurus!

We have some docs with charts and graphs that we want to
be able to show on our site but also allow to be
downloaded as pdf files. Ideally, they would look
identical, or pretty close anyway. Does anyone have any
ideas on what's the best way to accomplish this?

I'm imagining we could make base docs in XML and then use
XSLT to convert, but not sure if there are tools for
this. This has to programmatic and automated.
