How to create items while outlook not running

Hi,

I would like to create items (calendars, contacts ..) while Outlook i
not running on my computer. I'm using visual basic 6 and outlook 200
SR1 undex win XP SP1. The creation doesn't give error under vb but whe
i verify under outlook my items are not created.. When i launch outloo
and restart my program, at the end the items are visible.

I don't understand your problem as it's stated. How are you creating
your items in your VB code?
