how to create in one step a *full* concordance of a file?

Wordperfect shipped with a macro that when run would
create a full concordance file of an entire document in
one go. You didn't have to mark/index key words ahead of
time (although you could do that if you didn't want it to
a full concordance).

But I need a full concordance and I don't want to
individually mark every word. how can i do this in Word?
Is the functionality buried somewhere in Word or does
someone know of a program that does this? (maybe with only
simple text files?)

Missing WP, again,

Try the macro in Greg Maxey's post at
