How to create controls at runtime

I want to create a list of checkboxes at runtime.

What is the best way to do it ?
I used the following

Dim ctlName As Control
Set ctlName = Controls.Add("Forms.Checkbox.1", True)

It works, but how do i add a name for the checkbox ? There
is no text or caption method that goes along with it.

The name does not appear on the form. Why is this so ?

You need

ctlName.Caption="Andy"
