how to create contacts group

I could not create email contacts Group in windows mail.
Dont know why the Contacts page changed to Explorer format that I cannot
find this function of creating contact groups.

open the contacts folder>right click in a blank area>choose customise this
folder>in the drop down box select 'contacts'>apply/ok
