How to create and delete hardDisk partition using WMI or .net tech

Hi, everybody, I want to create , delete hard Disk partition
programmatically. I am not able to do this stuff. I have more than one
primary parition, logical partition and linux/unix partition on same hard
Disk. I want to delete all logical and linux partition EXCEPT one
bootable/boot PRIMARY Partition.

I have never tried it but perhaps diskpart.exe will do the job.
