Hi, I own a Toshiba with windows XP and use windows defender and norton, and i connect via dial-up and 56k modem (depending where i am).
I have used a "code language" with my cousin for a long time, and instead of writing by hand, I wanted to create the charactors on the computer and then add them as a language... or at least alter the keyboard so they show up when i press a certain key or sequence of keys. I know how to alter keys/keyboard so that they display different characters when you press them. But I can only seem to do it with already existing charactors/languages. The "code" charactors are easy enough, I could make them on Microsoft Paint, but is there any software out there that will let me add it as a language/character?
I would appreicate any help or advice
